The inspection took just over an hour, which seemed appropriate given the size of the house, and the inspector was thorough in checking every accessible area. One minor critique would be that I needed to remind them to check the attic space, but once reminded, they were diligent in their assessment.
Having dealt with bed bugs before, I expected a lengthy process, but they efficiently completed the treatment in just under two hours. Unlike the last company that came out, this time we received clear instructions for follow-up and haven't seen any signs of a return.
The inspection was thorough with the technician explaining potential problem areas, and it wrapped up in about an hour. It's been a week without any pest sightings since the visit, which hasn't been the case before.
The extermination process took about two hours, which seemed appropriate given the heavy presence of ants throughout my kitchen. So far, there has been no sign of them returning, indicating that their approach may have effectively addressed the issue.
We hired this company for pest control at our restaurant. They worked discreetly and professionally. The technician explained all safety measures clearly. The treatment was effective and fast. Communication was excellent. Very trustworthy service!
