They told me my son couldn't come back after he was only there for 5 days. The reason they gave was that he got poop on toys and a teacher quit. The director told my husband that the same teacher quit before and begged to come back. I was very clear with them at enrollment that my son was still potty training, therefore someone wasn't doing their job if he got poop on the toys. Also if you work at a daycare that helps with potty training you should be able to deal with poop. A teacher quiting had nothing to do with my child. Maybe hire better teachers. If she was so hasty to quit it must've already been on her mind. Lastly, they close at 6 but online says 6:30 so that's questionable
My son LOVES his teacher and everyone in the facility. The faculty are welcoming, cheerful, greets me every morning, and makes sure my son is taken care of. Ms Charisse knew I needed child care fast and she was able to squeeze me in last minute. I was a struggling single mom looking for immediate care and they had it for me. I highly recommend for any new parents looking for child care.
Our oldest did vpk here and then our youngest has been going since she was 3 months old when I went back to work. My kids always go in with happy faces and come out even happier. They are wonderful and treat my kiddos like their own, which gives me the best piece of mind while working all day
My girl went to this child care and she did great. They are so good and I like how they operate. Am not a review kind of person, but since I like reading peoples review, I think is okay I drop mine to help another parent.. The graduation ceremony was beautiful. in fact as a first time mom, seeing my child graduate i was the happiest person on earth that day. If I move back to Jacksonville, she will still go to this daycare for after care.
My baby boy loves this place. He is happy to be dropped off and always smiling when he is picked up. It's his first time in daycare so it was very important to me to take him to a place I could trust. I feel great about my decision to place him here. The teachers are always so nice and welcoming.
