Was able to meet Nate, he answered all my questions and was very helpful in regards to the plumbing situation I had going on in my house. Thank you for your response and having an in person desk to where I could meet and get answers and suggestions.
I can't recommend these folks enough!!! Our kid stopped up the toilet with a toy at 9:30 PM at night and we needed help. The wonderful phone operator got us set up and had a plumber to the house within the hour. The gentlemen who arrived was very nice and professional and even did a super simple quick fix on something he noticed on the shower when he was running the water. We've definitely found our go to plumbers!
Great experience with everyone at 8 Flags, Very professional and prompt. They came out right when we called and replaced our water heater after hours. Thank you guys so much! Will definitely call for future needs and recommend to everyone I know.
There is so much to say, I could write a short story. In a time when customer service isn't really common place in home repair, 8 Flags Plumbing is top notch. From replumbing my 1939 home, to fixing my laundry room drain and replacing my toilet 8 Flags plumbing is the best. 8 Flags plumbing has exceptional customer service from communicating the issues to executing. I highly recommend 8 Flags Plumbing. They are a local company and treat me like family.
Called them at 9:30 on a Saturday night, and they called me back when no one else would. They were here less than an hour later, and within an hour my main drain clog was fixed they were quick professional and really nice to work with I would highly recommend them if you need a plumber. I will absolutely use them again!
