2 Old Town Trolley Welcome Center

Length of tour was good. Driver/tour guide was sub par and gave us very little info on most places. We have taken many tours in many cities & towns, and he was nice, polite, but not good in telling us about the sites he drove us to. He was not worth the price we paid but I am hopeful that their other guides are much, much, better

Old Town Trolley Nights of Lights tour is great! Easy online reservation for a row (up to 4 people). Competitive pricing. Easy boarding at the Visitor Information Center / Parking Garage Plaza. Friendly employees. Festive atmosphere on board (songs & narration). Brett is a great trolley driver/guide! Beautiful lights! 50 minute tour. BRAVO -I look forward to this every year!

We started with Joe as our driver and he was great and full of knowledge. Sadly we got off and and later got on a different trolley and had Katie as a driver and she is not good at all. She seemed confused and gave information that seemed just made up. As a whole the tour is probably a good tour with the right driver. Just hop off if you get Katie.

Purchased our tickets and waited over 45 minutes to even get on the 1st trolley. I went inside to ask how often do the trolleys run. They said every 15 minutes, but that can not be true. I feel like we could have walked and it would have been faster. I wanted a refund, but my husband wanted to wait. Will not return and I do not recommend.
