13th Floor Haunted House Jacksonville

I just wanted to express how amazing this Haunted house is! Plenty of scare actors. Line moved fast and scare actors were even outside with us. Inside the haunted house is massive! It’s more like 3 haunted houses in one. They refresh and revamp decorations and themes each season so it never gets boring. The actors inside actually interact with people and have their own characters! It brings you to the shop, axe throwing, and escape room at the end. Marina was so helpful at the shop. The items are fun and unique. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Our pictures came out awesome. If there is one thing I would request, PLEASE DO A ST PATRICKS DAY HAUNT!!!! After today’s experience, we will be back every chance we get!

An absolutely incredible experience from start to finish! The animatronics are next-level—fluid, terrifyingly realistic, and placed exactly where you least expect them to maximize the scares. The actors are just as phenomenal. They stay in character perfectly, know exactly how to read the crowd, and rely on genuine creepiness and timing rather than just screaming in your face. The immersive set design, combined with top-tier technology and passionate performers, makes this easily the best haunted house I've been to in years. Five stars without a doubt, highly recommend!

We came down to Orlando to hit up HHN at Universal. After the EXTREME let down that HHN was (we left not soon after going in) we headed back home on our 9 hour ride. We happened to see a billboard for 13th floor and figured why not, we came down for some Halloween fun we were gonna try it. Once we got there we walked right in after purchasing tickets online ($36 was exceptionally reasonable) and then we got offered to skip the line which really honestly made our night. The place was FANTASTIC. As Halloween/Horror fans we were impressed. The scare actors were on point, the animatronics they have there are insane. We actually were behind a group of teens who the actors were dead set on terrifying which gave us plenty of time to slowly stroll and look at the details, whom ever designed the rooms did AMAZING. Although we probably won’t be back, don’t miss this place for Halloween. They turned what was a very horrible vacation into a better night. Save your money going to HHN, it’s a cash scam praying on Halloween fans, go to the little mom and pop haunts and enjoy yourself. Please if the 13th floor sees this, tell all of your staff thank you genuinely for making it a fun time.

I seriously cannot say enough good things about the team at 13th Floor Jacksonville! Two years ago, I brought my son here for his very first haunted house, and this year we came back so my daughter could experience her first one too. This visit meant a little more to our family because my son was recently diagnosed with leukemia and is currently undergoing chemotherapy. I reached out beforehand with some concerns about keeping him safe while still allowing him to enjoy something he loves, and the entire team was absolutely incredible. They were extremely helpful, supportive, and accommodating while still making sure both kids got the FULL 13th Floor experience! A very special thank you to Tyler Thomas, the General Manager, for personally helping make this happen for our family. From the moment I reached out, he was understanding and willing to work with us so my son could safely enjoy the experience without feeling like he was missing out. The way Tyler and his team handled everything meant more to us than they probably realize. And most importantly, the kids had an absolute BLAST! 😂 Seeing my son get to forget about everything for a little while and just be a kid again, while also getting to experience his little sister’s first haunted house with her, was something I’ll never forget. Thank you Tyler and everyone at 13th Floor Jacksonville for giving our family such an awesome night and an incredible memory during a time when those memories mean a little more than usual.
