I want to say that the customer service and level of customer care is above and beyond the normal, fixed and screen a week ago and seems the screen got a small Crack again barley noticeable, but it was damaged ,so its totally on me according to warranty they gave me,but I didn't notice the crack, screen was totally out , at this point im just starting a new job needed the phone desperately and was totally broke , no money at all , I applied to the people working there and they went ahead and did me a favor and replaced the screen for me im so thankful to them at 1000 phones on dunns Ave, yall are the greatest and bestest in the whole wide world
The customer service was great. They got my phone out there within 30 minutes with no problems!
I’ve broken so many iPhones and iPads and they have fixed them all! Customer service is always on point and the turnaround times are phenomenal.
Great store, they saved me having to replace my phone. They do what is best for the customer.
I took my AirPods to get cleaned and they look brand new. Good prices too
