Ninth Hall sweats for $50 is a JOKE!!! DO NOT BUY THESE! I’ve had them less than a month and it started with holes at the pockets and now right out of the dryer completely torn! Quality is TRASH!!!
Very friendly staff and very organized shop. No loud music that blasts in your ear. 10/10 best Zumiez I’ve been too so far! Didn’t have my shoe size tho:/
Every time I go in, Lex is so helpful! I always love the shirts and the vibe is fun and chill!
Lex and Jane are AMAZING employees and definitely deserve a raise!! They didn’t rest until I had the perfect fit for tonight I’ll definitely be back!
Now this store, unlike the Avenues store, has their stuff together! Great salesman, wish I would have gotten his name, went out of his way, called his manager at home! - to take care of my issue. There was an odd issue with a return because of a buy one get one half price Black Sabbath shoes, but this guy assured me that my issue was going to be handled and he did! I was also impressed with a manager who would take a call at home to help deal with an issue for a customer! This is what used to keep retail stores alive, a confident, polite, knowledgeable salesman who handles business and a no nonsense manager. With a winning attitude and work ethic like that, that guy will have his own business one day soon and his manager will undoubtedly have continued success as well. I'll definitely recommend people shop there, great store.
