This is Tamara. My mom Lidiya passed away in 2021 and we hired Zorita Home Care Inc to service her needs. She needed a constant care because she had dementia. We had a hard time finding a reliable agency, who would actually have people working their required hours and working weekends. No Agency in Jacksonville had that kind of commitment, but Zorita's. Zorita was very effective in finding people quick or finding replacements. She can accommodate. She also was available in the evenings if need be for emergency situations. For someone like me who has 2 kids, full time job and mother with dementia her services were a Life saver. Her job is definitely stressful, but she tries to make the best out of situations. Thank you Zorita.

My goodness so efficient!!!!! Previous agency did not call or show up for DAYS!! NO replaced my husband can do next to nothing on his own and they just seemed to not care! On top of that office personnel never followed thru " we will get an answer and call you back" 3 days later I'm calling "so and so called you didn't they"?? NO THEY did NOT. VERY DISAPPOINTED with the HOPE that we did not receive. Here is like a breathe of spring!! Caregive WILL BE HERE EVERYDAY, AND GENUINELY CARES!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY WITHOUT A DOUBT.
Worst possible place to allow your family members to get help from. They charge your insurance for weeks even if you haven't been helped for months. The owner is rude and obnoxious.
The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. She cares about her income from insurance companies, not you or your family members.
They take good Care of Staff, with constance communication.
