We had an exceptional experience working with Zinn Architecture and Interiors on our home renovation. From our first meeting through the completion of the project, their team was kind, professional, and a pleasure to work with. They took the time to truly understand our vision and lifestyle, and then brought those ideas to life in ways that exceeded our expectations. Their creativity, attention to detail, and thoughtful design solutions transformed our home while staying true to what we wanted. What stood out most was how collaborative and approachable they were throughout the entire process. They listened carefully, communicated clearly, and made us feel confident every step of the way. We are absolutely thrilled with the results and are grateful for the expertise and care that Zinn Architecture and Interiors brought to our project. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a talented team that can turn a vision into a beautiful reality!

We have used Zinn Architecture several times for interior and exterior project plans. They were wonderful to work with and very professional. Once we started our construction, having our plans in place with explicit details made our renovations run exceptionally smooth. We have recommended them to many of our friends and family and will continue to recommend them in the future. (Renovation plans created for: full kitchen/living room/office open concept, 3 bathroom renovations, and backyard exterior/pool/patio plans)
Our firm hired Rob and his team to help us with our humble brewery project. He went beyond our expectations. We're grateful independent and entrepreneurial professionals still exist and can provide personalized services.
We were having a difficult time finding a good architect for our remodel. A friend recommended Zinn Architecture so we gave them a try. I can't tell you how relieved we were when we started working with them. They were very professional, easy to communicate with, super friendly, and above all excellent design sense. They completely understood our aesthetics and were also able to work within our budget. We completely recommend them and plan to use them again on Phase 2 of our project.
I have had Rob Zinn and his lovely wife Kassia, who is a wonderful talent as well, do three major projects for me over the past decade. They were able to reconfigure the entire upstairs layout of my 1927 historic home to a much more functional design for my family, yet kept the historic flavor of the space. Next, they designed a pretty mother-in-law apartment attached to my garage, which maximized use of space in the existing footprint, with a lot of charm. Last, my outdoor space has a new plan for walkways, patio, plantings and fencing which will integrate with the surrounding area. For each project, it was astounding how well they could interpret my vision to paper, or help me find a vision when I didn’t know what to do. They are very professional and responsive and I will continue to use them for projects going forward.
