I highly recommend Brittney for hairstyling, shaping, and trimming! My hair takes a long time to grow, so I’m always careful about who I trust with it. Brittney listened to exactly what I wanted, took great care of my hair, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. She was attentive, professional, and clearly takes pride in her work. My hair looks healthier, beautifully shaped, and exactly how I hoped it would. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares and does an amazing job, Brittney is the one to see! The salon had an amazing atmosphere and everyone there was so amazing and very nice welcoming and warm!

I’ve been visiting this establishment since 2015. I have never walked out looking unfortunate. The staff is amazing and welcoming. The owner is delightful, and very knowledgeable about hair styles and treatments. I send all of my friends and family to Zimmiz. I’ve had a longstanding agreement with Lizzie, if anyone asks who does my hair, I would tell them. Good or bad. Our relationship has never faltered. Give them your time.

Lizzie is patient, kind and talented. She is spot on with communication up front about what your expectations are and what that means to her. I specifically said 2 inches cut off and she showed me where that would be to confirm the expectation. She’s timely and good at what she does. While she is a top hairstylist, professional, and talented in her craft, she is also a friendly soul ready to get to know you as a whole human not just a client. Being able to connect with people is so important to me. I am a neurodivergent gal and definitely recommend Zimmiz as an inclusive place for people like me. I always look forward to my haircuts and colors with Lizzie. Thank you, Zimmiz for the fresh cuts and friendship.

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. I have been coming to Zimmiz for over a year, following my stylist, Taylor. To start, Taylor’s services are incredible and I always leave feeling so refreshed and incredibly happy. I actually moved states away, and have traveled back here multiple times just to get my hair done. The only way to describe the treatment I get while in the chair is being treated like a friend to anyone within ear shot. We talk and catch up about everything under the sun, it’s truly a “treat” that I look forward to. And not just by Taylor, anytime anyone walks by or is near us by the shampoo bowls, everyone is so friendly and uplifting and accommodating. The culture there runs deeper than the roots (pun intended) and you can tell by the clientele and entire staff there. Everyone is kind and inviting and it’s like one big “hanging out with friends” and kindhearted conversation between everyone there, whether it’s a someone in another chair providing recommendations for a good restaurant, or another stylist boosting your confidence mid cut saying how good it’s looking so far. Taylor has taken me from fashion color services on waist length hair, to cleaning up a pixie cut, to blonding services on a grown out bob, to maintaining my ultra-textured shaggy wolf cut and bangs. She always uses products that make my hair feel amazing and enhance my natural waves, and I refuse to go anywhere else to have my hair done no matter how many states away I am.
