Very great service and she worked with me every step of the process. It was my first time buying a car and I am so pleased with what I got. I wish I could give a 10 star rating, it was such good service. She told me of everything that I needed to do and explained the whole process to me. 10/10 would definitely recommend for anyone looking to buy a good car.
She screamed at me close in my face, spit on me, threatened me all while I had my 1 year old baby in my hands. My experience made it painfully clear that this individual operates with an extreme lack of knowledge, skill, and professionalism. Her inability to understand even the most basic concepts of her own field created unnecessary problems and delays. In my opinion, doing business with them is a serious risk that no discerning person or company should take.
I purchased a GMC Terrain from Zicks Auto Sales for $5,000, and this has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had with a business. The dealer completely mishandled the process of providing me with temporary tags, all because she was unfamiliar with how to handle a military buyer with an out-of-state license. Instead of taking the time to figure it out, she repeatedly yelled at me over the phone, refused to help, and even threatened not to assist me at all—despite the fact that my HOA was prepared to tow my vehicle due to the lack of proper tags. Her lack of knowledge and unwillingness to problem-solve has made this an absolute nightmare. I would strongly advise against buying from this dealership. The stress, lack of professionalism, and blatant disregard for customer service make it absolutely not worth it.

This lady has zero respect for the law or basic decency. She ignores legal obligations, dodges responsibility, and acts like the rules don’t apply to her. Do business with her at your own risk.
