These guys are awesome. We had Kaz (WH was great!), and had a 2100 sqft two level house with both carpet and LVP cleaned. It had been four years since we had it professionally cleaned and wow, just WOW. We had always just done it ourselves, but dang…. The carpet looks almost new and the LVP is brighter than I’ve ever seen it. In and out in about three hours, and it was absolutely worth it. I’ll be a customer again.
Really excellent service!!!! The tech Logan worked really hard and was able to include additional services, which he stayed longer just to add for me. Really appreciated him. I had my bedroom carpet, couch and the grout and tile cleaned and
The Zerorez associate was professional and did his best. However, I think that he has working with an inferior product. The stains on my passenger seat were not removed, only faded. These were food stains. Won’t use Zerorez again.
If I could give more stars I would! Antonio did such a great job cleaning my carpets and staircase! He even had time to come a bit earlier than scheduled which was great for me. Highly highly recommend Antonio. Very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Friendly service and competitive prices at Zerorez. Thank you so much.
Professional, friendly, courteous, and super thorough. A great experience all the way around! I was running late because of work and they were patient and kind when waiting a few extra minutes. Made immediate friends with our pets. Showed me the areas of concern and what to look out for with the AC unit and ducts system and explained everything so that I could understand. Left my house cleaner than they found it, and not just the air ducts! 😂 Got the UV light added to our system for much much much less than we were quoted elsewhere. Thoroughly impressed and a great value, for sure. We will definitely be using them again for any other cleaning needs moving forward. Highly recommend!
