Zales

Bri has was very welcoming and had great customer service. I had a great experience working with her. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right solution rather than just making a sale. They took the time to answer all my questions clearly and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What stood out most was her professionalism and attention to detail—she followed up promptly and made sure everything was handled correctly from start to finish. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with such a positive and approachable attitude. Highly recommend working with them if you’re looking for excellent customer service and a seamless experience.

Ophelia was very easy to work with. She walked me through the process and I trust her knowledge in her profession. I will come back because my experience was seamless.

Visited Zales for inspection of several wonderful pieces of diamond jewelry. My appointment was with Aliyah. I must say -Aliyah was extremely knowledgeable, Professional, Courteous and sensitive to my needs. Thank so much Aliyah. I wish a future of abundance at Zales and further.
