I had an excellent experience at the new Zales Jewelers location. Johanna provided outstanding customer service — she was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and truly made the experience enjoyable. She took the time to answer questions and made me feel valued as a customer. The new store looks absolutely beautiful and has such a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend stopping by and asking for Johanna if you visit!

We absolutely loved the selection at Zales, and Isabella was SUCH a big help. She gave us really helpful information about sizing and sourcing of diamonds. Can’t wait to go back and get my ring from her!
JoLynn was my salesperson and she was great. Didn’t rush a sale on me let me take my time deciding what i wanted to purchase and after i decided it was a win win because my studs nd bracelet were on sale. Thank you JoLynn
I am a returning customer of over a decade and I love the town center location. Jolynn and Tricia are so kind and helpful. They have an abundance of knowledge and helped me pick out my dream enhancer and fit it to size perfectly.
Such a great experience at the Town Center location today! Johanny was extremely helpful in addressing a warranty issue and letting us know all the upgrades included in the warranty as well. This is not our normal Zales location, but I’m so glad we came here today!
