I am very pleased with the service I received from Zach's. They picked up my Troy Bilt rider on Tuesday. Repaired it and delivered it back on Thursday. Pricing is good and service was excellent! Thank you Zach's
The people here were able to deal with the fact that I was only trying to spend $4 of money in their store and they still spent 30 minutes with me trying to find the right primer bulb for my equipment that they don't even sell the brand of they don't sell Ryobi brands however I need a primer bulb for my Ryobi so I brought it out and they were able to help me and I spent my $4 and left I figured I'd owed them more than that so I am going to give them this review which they earned so I promise you this is got to be a wonderful place to shop everybody there was professional they said hello to everybody who came in they asked you if you needed to look anything had any questions they were not dominating in any way perfect professionalism. There is no way in hell that that parts department and the repair department does not have their s*** together. No way I can promise you even though I haven't used them yet I promise you I am going to and I promise you that they will be professional then also I can tell.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. They went above and beyond by replacing my lawnmower engine, and the entire process was handled professionally from start to finish. The staff kept me informed, treated me with respect, and stood behind their work. It’s rare to find a business that truly values its customers and is willing to do the right thing when an issue arises. The mower is running great, and I really appreciate the outstanding customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, dependable service. Thank you again for taking care of me!
June 21, 2026: I have used Zach’s service twice over the past year for my chainsaw. (Most recently, today) Their customer service is excellent. They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Very fair and skilled. Definitely 5 Star service. Fred Henderson
Great people, great service, and they usually have exactly what we need to keep our lawn business equipment running. Friendly, knowledgeable, and always a pleasure to work with. We appreciate having a local equipment dealer we can count on. Thanks, Zach's Outdoor Equipment! — Lawn Service Near Me LLC
