We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Zach DiFilippo, such an amazing realtor. He helped us sell our home and also helped us find and purchase our new home, making both experiences as smooth and stress-free as possible. From the very beginning, he was patient, knowledgeable, and always there to answer our questions and guide us through every step. His professionalism, honesty, and genuine care for his clients truly set him apart. We always felt like we were more than just clients — he took the time to understand what we needed and worked hard to make sure we found the right home while also getting the best outcome from the sale of our previous one. We truly appreciate all of his hard work, dedication, and support throughout this important chapter in our lives. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
We are a recent retired couple, out of state from the north, looking for a nice place to live in the St Augustine area. Zach is our first person of contact. He has a pleasant personality, very energetic , very patient, knowledgeable about the area very well ! In a very short time, he showed us many places,……. and we can find the place we like ! And finally bought it ! He does things up to our satisfaction, very helpful by all means in every ways ! He is really a nice person to work with ! We appreciate him very much !
Working with Zach was such a wonderful experience!! He was very communicative, and went above and beyond to make the process of buying my first home as smooth as possible. I’m so appreciative for all his help and hard work! It felt effortless to work with Zach and I’d recommended him to anyone trying to buy a home!
Zach was the ultimate professional during our dealings with buying a home in St. Augustine. He had the task of not only dealing with the builder but also watching to make sure everything was getting done in a timely fashion. Zach went above and beyond and my wife and I would highly recommend him for serious home buyers. It was a pleasure doing business with Zach.
If you need a realtor please hire Zack. You will be impressed by his ability to assist you with buying and selling homes.
