Young Fouraker Day | Keller Williams

I had the pleasure of working with Lillian from Keller Williams Luxury, during our recent home purchase, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service and professionalism she provided. Her knowledge of the communities in the Nocatee and Ponte Vedra area was very impressive as she could provide honest feedback that helped suit our needs. And that was so helpful since we were relocating from out of the area. Throughout the entire process, she was always available to answer questions, whether it was about specific properties or the overall market. Lillian was incredibly knowledgeable and offered helpful insights that made a complex and often overwhelming process much easier to navigate. She worked tirelessly to find properties that fit our criteria. In the end, we found a home that was exactly what we were hoping to find. Lillian was thorough, detailed and professional the entire time.

Our family had an amazing experience with Lillian. She was a wealth of knowledge. We would not change one thing about our buying experience. Lillian's local knowledge and resources are unmatched. She truly cares and goes above and beyond to help. Our time working with Lillian was hands down the best experience we have ever had with a realtor. We were out of town buyers and Lillian made the process a breeze. She truly cares and will go the extra mile. We highly recommend her to anyone in the market to buy or sell.

Lilian was absolutely phenomenal in helping my fiancée and me find our perfect home in St. Augustine, Florida. From the very beginning of our home search to the final steps at closing, she was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive to our needs. She made the entire home buying process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. Lilian's deep knowledge of the Ponte Vedra Beach and St. Augustine real estate market was invaluable, and her dedication to finding us the right fit truly set her apart. We couldn't be happier with our experience and highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home in the area. 10/10 recommend Lilian and her team for anyone searching for a trusted real estate agent in St. Augustine and Ponte Vedra Beach!

As first time home-buyers, Lillian made the process seamless for us. She not only took extra time to help answer our (many!) questions but made the process fun, and stress free. Lillian is incredibly attentive and generous with her time and knowledge. We felt so fortunate to work with someone so evidently on our side and with our best interests at heart. She coached us through the hot Dallas market and helped us score our vintage gem in the sweetest neighborhood. Our expectations for our home and for our first buying process were beyond exceeded. We love Lillian!!
