My experience with Yardnique has been nothing short of frustrating. Every time their crews mow the property at my apartment complex, any personal belongings that happen to be in the grass mysteriously end up gone. Instead of taking a few seconds to move items aside or turn them in to the leasing office, they disappear or appear to be thrown away. There is absolutely no respect for residents or their property. The final straw happened yesterday. While I was walking my dog on a neighboring property they were servicing, the crew cut down a small tree and left it across the area I was using to access the property, creating an unnecessary obstruction. Whether they intended to block the path or simply didn’t care, it demonstrated a complete lack of consideration for the people around them. From what I have personally witnessed, Yardnique operates with little regard for customer service, residents, or the communities they work in. The focus seems to be on getting the job done as quickly as possible, regardless of the impact on people’s property, convenience, or the surrounding environment. If you expect a landscaping company to treat people with respect, exercise basic common sense, or show any level of care for the properties they maintain, my experience suggests you should look elsewhere.
