Eric was very helpful in the sense that he did give me time to pay off my car, and I do appreciate that flexibility. However, my overall experience with this car lot was extremely disappointing. The cars here are not good starter vehicles. Within just two weeks of purchasing my car, it needed a completely new engine. After finally paying it off and thinking I was in the clear, the transmission blew shortly after, leaving me without a car again for another two weeks. Thankfully, I was able to get another vehicle elsewhere, but this situation caused a lot of unnecessary stress and inconvenience. This lot is also connected to other “X cars” locations, so I would strongly recommend being cautious. Overall, I would not recommend buying a car from here. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration and look elsewhere.
