Juanita is incredible! Her and her whole team are absolutely amazing. Ive been coming to her for about 7 years now. She not only handled my taxes, but also helped me get my business set up and running smoothly. She’s thorough, reliable, and very personable feels like family. She makes you feel comfortable and explains everything so you feel confident. I recommend Xpress to everyone who needs their taxes done right. Greatly appreciate them and all they do.
I have just gotten a letter from the IRS that they did not file my 2024 taxes and they will not answer the phone or return my calls. Paid them $135 for nothing. They did my taxes for over 5 years and now this and no response. Stay away.
Juanita and her team at XpressE-File are amazing! Their customer service is A+, and attention to detail and hyperfocus on security are deeply appreciated. Highly recommend!
I love using Express E-File for my tax preparation. I've been a customer since Mark and I love Juanita, Domingo, Carmen, and Kim at the front desk. They are extremely intelligent and feel like family to me. I would've given them 10 stars if I could.
Kym and Carmen are fantastic. The owner, Juanita is a penny pinching, micro managing beatch. I loved when Mark ran the place , upon walking in there was a very cool vibe. Now there’s is a tense vibe. I believe it is because Juanita tries to overhear conversations and intrudes on clients confidentiality. Almost to the point of Hippa violations. Bye Juanita ! Get out
