This is the law firm that owns Integrity Rise Properties apparently. They have yet to answer any tenant in WV's emails or calls about why they raised everyone's rent without notice. They hired people that claimed we didn't need to sign a lease, that rent wouldn't change, now we are told we never had a lease and they can raise rent as they please. BY WV LAW LEASES AUTOMATICALLY DEFAULT TO MONTH TO MONTH AND NO ONE GOT THE LEGALLY REQUIRED 30 DAYS NOTICE OF RENT AMOUNT CHANGES FOR MONTH TO MONTH LEASES.

Called every day to set up an appointment for 4 days with a promise for a call back by the end of each day. I did receive one callback only to be told the attorney was too busy, but would definitely talk to her the next morning. Still nothing going into the fifth day. I give up.
