First time customer. They diagnosed my AC issues and after calling around the price was equivalent to a few other shops. I stayed with world wide as Skip and the team were all very friendly and didn’t rush me into making a decision on what I wanted to do. It was a big job, evaporator core, so they kept the vehicle for a few days. Upon pick up I saw there was a chipped area on the front of the dash that wasn’t there before. They 100 percent owned the mistake and apologized. They put a plan together on the repair of the dash. I brought my car back a few days later, they removed the piece and had it taken care of for me at no charge. I am very happy with how it turned out. I also want to add they changed my wiper blades at no charge as well, which was a very nice surprise. I will definitely use them In the future.
One of the best automotive companies around! My son took his car there for years, and I’ve now transitioned to bringing my other vehicles, starting with my Tundra. What I value and look forward to in an automotive shop is honesty and integrity. WA has both in spades. Thank you for being honest when so many companies invent unnecessary work. You’re above board on all fronts.
Upon arrival, I immediately noticed the mechanics' bays to be clean and well organized. Once inside the service department, I was warmly acknowledged, and greeted with smiling helpful professionals. I was not rushed in explaining my concern with my Mercedes-Benz C300. They listened intently, without interruption, and documented my concern and information thoroughly. Though, it was my first time there, I felt at ease and confident about handing over my keys. Worldwide Automotive kept me updated throughout the day. They did not try to coerce me into any upsell of any product or service. My vehicle and I were treated with the utmost respect. This shop runs like a well oiled machine, and because of their staff, my vehicle does too.
My favorite place to bring all of our cars! Me and my husband refuse to bring our cars to anyone else. Worldwide is honestly the best mechanics we have encountered. The staff is always nice and always willing to help out if you have any questions. Their prices are so reasonable, and they are the most honest mechanics. I recommend them to all of my family and friends, you will not regret bringing your vehicle here. Me and my husband might be moving about 35 miles away from this shop, but even if we do we will still drive/ tow our cars to worldwide whenever it needs service.
had to have a lot of work done on my older subaru, a 2015. I did have to leave the car but they did a great job and managed to find the parts. I feel like they are very professional and kept me involved and informed the time that I was waiting.
