Had a fun time browsing the aisles and shelves here on Sunday. The store was super clean and organized. Lots of cool things to look at. Huge selection of interesting looking items; wish they had those little clear plastic domes with samples of some of the food items.
I've been to other World Markets before but when we walked in this one it seemed different. The first thing I noticed was the amount of employees that were paying attention and ready to assist me, which is much appreciated especially when you're in a hurry. The store is also laid out well and not overcrowded with too many products, making it more pleasant to shop. We purchased an item we needed that day and when we got home and started assembling it we realized it was missing a part. I called and spoke to the store manager and he went WAY above and beyond to get the part we needed that same day. He was even willing to stay at work past closing on a Friday night to wait for us to get there. We were so impressed with the level of service we received and how kind and generous he was to us. Now we know why it felt different walking in that day to the beaches World Market, his management clearly makes the difference there.
I absolutely love the world market! It’s my go-to spot for Baltic gold sardines and unique products you just can’t find anywhere else. I even discovered a beautiful chair there that’s now a centerpiece in my office. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, making every visit a pleasure. Such a treasure trove!
I like to shop at world market every few months. Today was a very big disappointment. There were boxes everywhere blocking areas that I wanted to look at. I felt uncomfortable and there was just too many boxes everywhere. I just left the store without buying anything.
Cool place lots to look at and some very unique food and wine selections. Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean store, easy parking, lots of international foods to chose from
