When my fiancé and I checked into our room, we immediately saw a roach. I reported it to Monique, who apologized and provided great customer service. She did her best to accommodate us by moving us to another room two floors away, but unfortunately, we saw two more roaches in that room as well. I understand this may be outside of Monique’s control, and I appreciate her efforts to help. However, I believe rooms should be inspected regularly to prevent these issues. I also understand that other guests may contribute to pest problems, but management should take the necessary steps to address them. Overall, Monique’s service was great, but the condition of both rooms was disappointing.

We had a nice stay here. It was walking distance to a starbucks, very good Thai restaurant and other eateries..I had both my senior dogs with me traveling and the gal at the front, help me with a room to accommodate me close to the elevator to get down and out by the side back door to take my senior dogs out to potty. The room was efficient and had lots of room, a refrigerator and a microwave.

Started off great: the room I booked was sold out so I was upgraded. Saw the room: nice room, but there’s hair all over the room. My OCD went crazy. Just now on 6/1/26 at 810p I went to get towels from the front desk and the gentleman that is working says they don’t have any towels. Pause, you’re a hotel/motel/extended stay so why don’t you have towels… for a paying guest at your establishment. So I reply that’s kinda weird and he says well here’s the reason why.. I immediately said there’s no need to explain.. I’ll just go grab some from my car. It’s the way in which he said it that didn’t sit right with me. How you feel a way that I feel a way about not being able to get clean towels.. on a 5 night stay? So much for that good ole Southern Hospitality. And if you have a policy that you have to swap towels out before 6pm, that should be something you tell someone. If it’s posted, it should still be verbally said. Hope they can do better with the customer service from said person and housekeeping because it’s a beautiful location.

OH YESSS….. there’s NO DEPOSIT EITHER BY THE WAY!!!!!???? you cannot beat this price or the quality of the rooms. super quiet & chill spot!!!!
