WoodSpring Suites Jacksonville East 295 Cruise Port

This is by far one of the best hotels ive been to me and my partner is staying here 4-2/4-3 2026 for a night for our upcoming cruise and let me tell you the bang for your buck here is amazing! Under $70 for a night you cant beat it! The manager was freaking amazing his personality and people skills are top notch! Highly recommend staying here. We are actually thinking about moving to Jacksonville and this extended hotel will most likely be our go to for a few months! Thanks! Nathan&Kade D

I am travel healthcare worker contract here at Mayo Clinic Hospital. I was assigned to stay here during my contract. The 1st time I had a pleasant stay. But this 2nd the manager named Joy at the front desk running this facility is bad for business. She is very racist towards her her own race. I never disrespect her or showed rude behavior to her. But I guess because my room was fully paid for by agency she gave me a hard time when it came to reporting my microwave went out in room 4 days ago. She has yet to get me another room. I had to call my agent to find another extended stay to get another accommodations for my stay til August. This hotel has lost my paid for business for three months all because the management named Joy wanted to get me a healthcare worker a nonchalant attitude like my needs weren't important to get me a room with a working microwave. She hates her job apparently but like her and most people they dont need to be in customer service at all.
