Hi, everyone I just wanted you all to have the same experience I've had at the Lem Turner Wood Forest Bank with Ms. Bridget, she's amazing, knows her product very Detailed with explaining everything makes me feel valuable as a customer very patient with me. It was almost as if I was talking to a friend versus a Banker. You all should swing by and visit her. You won't regret it, I promise.

Today, I went inside the brunch spot and left out feeling so happy! The customer service was absolutely wonderful. Bridget deserves a raise! She is such a wonderful worker and truly makes sure her customers are well taken care of. Thank you, Bridget, for making my experience so enjoyable!
I want to sincerely thank Booker T. Franklin III for his outstanding help in getting my Woodforest bank account set back up. He was patient, professional, and very knowledgeable throughout the entire process. What could have been a stressful situation was made smooth and easy because of his guidance and support. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood each step before moving forward. His customer service was excellent, and he treated me with respect and care. I truly appreciate his help and would highly recommend him to anyone needing assistance. Thank you again for going above and beyond!
