The doctors and nurses are amazing. Top notch. The front desk not so much. Every time I come to the Baymeadows location the front desk people are extremely rude and dismissive. The last front desk lady I encountered recently during my appt a couple days ago literally raised her voice practically almost was yelling at me to tell me to give her the pharmacy number in front of several other patients that were in the waiting room and audibly huffed and didn’t even try to hide how annoyed she was when I asked her if she is able to check if my prescription was going to the correct pharmacy that I had requested. I was stunned at the lack of customer service skills that she had. She was acting like she hated being there. When I requested if there was an afternoon appointment available was like asking her to climb the top of a mountain. The front desk receptionists at the old st Augustine location are a lot better and friendlier. Other than that, the doctors and everyone else are fantastic. The facility is very clean.
I have been a patient with women's Care for over 20 years. Dr. Myers was my doctor up until he retired and now three of the doctors that was mentor by him. I have never had any issues with the staff or doctors. They have always given me excellent treatment. I now live an hour away from the offices but I still travel to see them because of their great services. When you have a passion to make your patience your priority it shows within the department. Thanks for all you do from the front desk to the nurses and doctors.
I love this place every one is wonderful and very professional. The only area that needs re-training may be the reception area. I don't know the ladies name or what she maybe going through, but she could have been a bit more professional.
Absolutely love it here I have been going here for about 8 years now and love My care team. Dr. New and Dr. Obrien. They take the time to listen to you and not rush you. If you’re looking for a gynecologist that care . Making a appointment here.
