If you read any of these, please read this one. I came here a couple months ago due to some ringing in my ears, I was treated so well, and I felt understood. Today I brought my 3 year old to Wolfson, due to vomiting last night, they tested him for Covid, flu, RSV and strep, the nurses and doctors were AMAZING. They were so gentle and understanding with him. Later on they took him to the toy room and he got to pick out a toy, which made every issue feel a little less heavy. We ended up having to come back due to him splitting his head open, AGAIN everyone was GREAT, they explain everything very well, and if you don’t understand they explain it different, I never felt “stupid” asking a different question, or not understanding something simple. There is a Wolfson closer to me, this one in Fleming island is a little further, I will ALWAYS drive a little extra to have the best care for my son! If I could rate them 100 stars I would, 10/10 recommend!
My daughter went here for months before we had to move. She was in the specialty center for speech and OT and the two ladies, Hallie and Denise, were the kindest, sweetest, most patient people ever. They truly care about the progression of your little one who needs some extra help developmentally. If there were more stars to give I would.
Will let your 2 year old sit in the lobby for over 3 hours with a broken arm. Don’t waste your time!
I wish everyone could experience a Dr Chima. Anytime we have to come to the ER for my son I pray he’s the peds Dr on call. He knows our names and faces, knows exactly what’s going on and doesn’t make us do a thousand unnecessary tests or jump through hoops. He came in today hugged my neck asked if my son had his “same thing” going on I said yes (it’s been a year since we’ve been here and he still remembers). He had a nurse in our room with IV zofran and a bag of fluids within 5 minutes. He is hands down the best doctor I have ever seen.
Our daughter goes here for therapy and we absolutely love and my papa was also here when he was sick. The care is amazing. I’d bring my whole family here no matter the issue.
