Wolfson Children's Emergency Room at Baptist South

We took our 18 month old here and could not be more appreciative of the care we received. Every single staff member was beyond kind and attentive, exactly what we needed as we had never had a medical emergency with our little guy before. I also just want to commend the support staff for the cleanliness of the facilities, it was truly spotless. Thank you again for taking care of our family! We are so blessed to live close to this amazing center.

We took our school aged child here for a head injury/ concussion. The ER Physician did not do a proper neuro assessment. She looked at him and made a judgement call that no imaging was needed in less than 2 minutes. The care was completely neglectful! Thankful for our primary care team outside of Baptist that did a proper assessment and developed a safe care plan. Our total ER time from walking in to walking out was less than 30 minutes. This was not due to their efficiency but rather a complete lack of care provided.

The staff was amazing! They got our daughter in quickly and they were so kind and attentive throughout the process. Very happy with our daughters care!

Took my daughter here around 11am on a Monday and we were seen very quickly. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I was very impressed with our experience.
