First of all, the 1 star rating is completely false. I can’t imagine anyone that has worked with the Wittco brothers and Kimberlee say that their homes are cookie cutter. My husband and I had a very murky idea of what we wanted but we are not home building experts. We wanted a courtyard so we could have a pool added, alongside a guest suite. Wittco received our ideas of what we wanted and they were incredibly helpful with finding designs that we met our wants. We went back and forth with them going over probably 20-30 design ideas, no cost with Mark and Kimberlee sending us previously built custom home plans, pictures, and suggestions. This is the first home we have ever built, and if we ever had to build again, we would absolutely, positively use Wittco. Jerry, the main contractor is also amazing. He is so attentive and helpful, doesn’t cut corners, and ensures things are always correctly executed. No matter how many times we called Mark, Paul, Jerry, and Kimberlee, we were always received with warmth and great customer service. We never felt ignored. Like any custom project, thing do not always are completely perfect the first time around…Wittco ensures that all aspects of the project are done to exacting standards. A great example of this is that we had a cleaner accidentally scratch two of our windows during the final clean. There was zero hesitation for them to replace the windows. While not in Wittco’s control, the bank appraiser had issues with us having a separate guest suite, but Wittco helped us make it happen through careful navigation via legal means. The company offers an end-to-end full year warranty on the home - that is not common based on our research. If you are looking for a great family-owned business that goes above and beyond customer expectations, look no further than Wittco. We absolutely love our new home, and we are so happy we chose Wittco. We may build another home in the next 2-5 years on a separate parcel, and the obvious choice is Wittco because of their exactitude and execution. We are planning to work with Crystal Pools to have a custom lap pool built in the next 6-12 months, another great company they recommended to partner with to get what we wanted for our home. Crystal even advised us to not opt for more expensive options because they weren’t of value. My husband and I are so incredibly thankful we chose Mark and Paul to build our dream home. If you want a great experience, go with Wittco. I’ve attached pictures of our awesome new digs just to demonstrate the incredible work that was done to make our new home happen.
My wife and I started working with Wittco after mid-last year. From the beginning, Mark, Paul, and Kimberlee were incredibly helpful with aiding us in deciding the home style we really wanted, because we only had a vague idea of what our dream home would be. We've never had a home built for us and this was our first home - if not our last, we will work partner with Wittco in the future. Mark, Paul, Kimberlee were really great to work with from an office standpoint, and Jerry, the main contractor was onsite at our new home multiple times weekly throughout the process, ensuring that work was completed to perfection, along with keeping things on track. The entire process was 100% smooth, with only a few hiccups that were not within Wittco's control - and even these minor issues were quickly addressed without question by the company. We had a troublesome appraiser that was very nitpicky about the design, and we were forced to change things that will be remedied after the fact (within legal means). During the initial build process, we visited their office to choose our customization options, from tile to the flooring installation direction. We closed on time, without issues, and we're moving into our new home this week. Wittco has been incredibly transparent about everything throughout the process, a pleasure to work with, and I can say without a doubt that if you choose to partner with them as a custom home builder, you will not be disappointed.
We had the absolute best experience building our custom home with Wittco Custom Builders. From start to finish, their professionalism and patience made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. They took the time to truly listen to our ideas, answer our endless questions, and guide us through every step with honesty and care. The craftsmanship and attention to detail in our home are outstanding, you can tell they take pride in their work. Even when we made changes along the way, they handled everything with grace and flexibility. Their communication was clear, timely, and reassuring, which gave us complete confidence throughout the project. We are so grateful to Paul, Mark, and Kimberlee for helping us turn our dream home into a reality. We would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking to build a custom home.

Working with Wittco to build our custom home was a great experience! They took the time to understand our vision and needs and produced something better than we had imagined. Their guidance and advice during the design process was invaluable and their quality of work is superb.
