The hotel was clean and cheerful but it was not without issues. Complimentary breakfasts are seldom anything to write home about, but this one subpar. Biscuits were cold and hard, the sausage gravy was tepid at best and actually better described as the consistency of salve. The sausage links were undercooked but the patties were over cooked, dry and too hard to chew. The coffee was good. Either the phone didn’t work or the lobby personnel weren’t bothered to answer (3 times at different hours) and as a result I had to go down to the front desk with questions. It is a well maintained establishment and with a few improvements it could be well reviewed.

Lil sis and I come to this Publix about once a month, and it's really nice for a change. Each Publx is set up differently. I can always count on the following: -Store is clean & stocked -Always easy to find a friendly, polite employee if I have a question. - Never have to wait long in check out. -Cashier has coworker to help with the bagging an offer to help to the car, if needed. -When I'm watching my budget, publix brands are good. So I'm a happy camper!

The plaza was beautiful and clean! My visit to the oral surgeon really had me nervous. It proves how atmosphere sets the tone !
