First time visiting store and I felt like I was in the way !! I was trying to shop and the employees just stood there playing in the clothes talking about where things are going to go etc with no concern for customers and their needs, so I proceed to another side of the store. Check out was long and drawn out process. The guy was trying to ring out as other employee continued to talk to him instead of help someone else.
I asked the associate name she said Donma but the name for the associate said Christina ( see receipt). Upon check out she asked us to enter our email manual touching and flipping th keyboard over to us the type board instead of asking what it was it was. Customer service wasn’t aligning with Windsor mission statement and was very passive non welcoming.
Nama helped very generously and she’s such a sweet person and helped me and my friends out a lot you should give her a raise!!!!
