As I've mentioned throughout the comments that I post, I rarely have issues with anyone that I interact with, but there have been some cases (few and far between) that I come across someone that isn't all that nice to deal with, no matter how nice you are to them! At this particular place, the person at the counter, who's name I didn't get, was very polite to me, then told me how the loading procedure would take place When I docked, Omar, who I believe was the one who loaded my truck, told me what to do after the loading was finished. He was very friendly and easy to talk to! I went back to the office and dealt with another gentleman who was also friendly to speak with. The ONLY issue, which wasn't that big of a deal for me was, it took a little over 2 hrs to load me...really not a big deal! I believe that the truck was loaded with a pallet-jack and not a forklift, which would make the process a lot phsically harder on the person who has to do this all by theirself! So, needless to say, I really have no complaints about this place.
It take me 4 hours loaded and restricted appointments required dropped load off. This is very cheaper freight offered me low rate $ with 4 days appointment required. Don’t go there. I shouldn’t go there again. This is waste of time.
The people here are really nice and very professional. Arrived early and was put in a door and unloaded in less than 2 hours. A full load of furniture. Also overnight parking along the road.
Loading furniture is done piece by piece not by fork lift, as a truck driver when you exceed 2 hrs from your pick up time and you are docked that means there is something wrong in the (management), it's my first and last time in this address!
Useless people work here….doesn’t care about driver time…just standing and talking each other only two person u can see Moving in the warehouse rest just talk and laughing and using phone….one person change trash and another one just walk with him to hear what he is saying…totally unprofessional workers…if u read my comment before come here at this address…save ur time and do not come…better to cancel their load….never ever recommend this place👎👎👎
