I am on the Great Loop and had problems with my Garmin depth finder. Billy worked with me over the phone and reviewed pictures and rearranged his schedule to help me out. I am so very appreciative of the conversation, diagnosis and follow-thru. Great experience!
I had an outstanding experience with William Balcom Marine Electronics! I called today looking for help with my raymarine axiom and they walked me through a quick fix over the phone. They are professional, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to providing top-notch electronics service. Highly recommended!!!!!
I had damage from a nearby lightning strike.Billy came out add replaced antenna, anchor light, Radio, and 90%Of my instruments and computers. He went Above and Beyond in my opinion and was very quick and efficient
These guys are amazing.. Came out when he said he would.. checked everything and then gave me my options.. We decided to go with a upgrade.. Billy came out earlier then planned.. did an absolute amazing install and networked everything together perfectly.. All I can say is he’s my guy for now on when it comes to my electronics
I don't know if he does good work or not, but I do know he doesn't show up when he says he will, or even at all for that matter. No call, no reschedule, no apologize, nothing. I hope he doesn't complain about millenials.
