Now owned and managed my Rays auto garage, These guys are exceptional at what they do. My family has been using Willard’s for years because of their honest, fair and reliable service and work. Rays auto garage is continuing the legacy of the Willard’s family and providing the best service you can get anywhere in Jax. I brought my vehicle in for warranty work and my car was In and out in less than 3 days. If you need to take your car in for any work this is the place to use. Rays auto garage in Jax beach is professional, fast and very honest. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!!
This family-owned shop has been around since my grandparents were alive. They are amazing! Set up an appointment and get results of the evaluation back quickly. I’ve had my brakes done here twice (once as fix and another as a replacement). I recently had a problem with my AC and it was determined to be a problem with the blower and dirty cabin filter. They are ALWAYS so fair and honest with their prices. I never doubt their work or estimates. There is no place I would rather take my car to than Willard’s! 2004 4Runner
We feel so fortunate to have found such an honest and fair shop so close to our home. Billy takes the time to explain everything, and Cheryl is a joy to interact with! They were able to fix my car’s issue for half of the price and time that the dealer quoted me. I hope to not have to make a trip to see them again in the near future but trust if I do I’ll be met with the same level of service and respect.
Willard's Automotive is hands-down the BEST! From the moment I walked in, I felt like our truck was in good hands. Cheryl & Billy are knowledgeable, honest and incredibly thorough. I highly recommend Willard's to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy service!
Where do I even begin? Williard's is one of the last great bastions of family-run auto repair shops out there—no frills, no BS, just top-notch work, unbeatable customer service, and honest pricing. I wouldn’t trust my cars with anyone else, and I’m proud to say I’m a loyal customer for life. They’re ALWAYS busy, and it’s no surprise why. If you leave a message with Cheryl, you can count on her to get back to you as soon as possible, every single time. Billy is the kind of guy every auto shop needs to be ran by. He is fair, knowledgeable, and committed to making sure your vehicle runs at its absolute best. He goes above and beyond, without question. What really sets them apart is their honesty. When I needed a full brake system replacement, they didn’t try to upsell me on something they don’t specialize in. Instead, they pointed me to someone I could trust. That level of integrity is priceless. If you’re looking for a shop that truly cares, look no further. Firm handshakes all around. Much love to you guys!
