My motorized driver's seat had been moved too far back and it wouldn't move forward again. I was literally driving on my tiptoes just to reach the accelerator and brake. It was both uncomfortable and unsafe. I stopped by without an appointment just hoping someone would help... Instead of telling me to come back another day, BJ worked me into his day's schedule. Even though he was clearly busy, he took the time to look at it and offered a viable solution. What impressed me most was his patience. He genuinely wanted to make sure I could drive comfortably and safely again. His professionalism, kindness and willingness to help made a stressful situation so much easier. I'm incredibly grateful that I found his shop and after this experience, I've found my new go-to mechanic. If you're looking for someone who's knowledgeable, honest, takes pride in his work and truly cares about his customers, I wholeheartedly recommend BJ
We have been going here for our vehicle services for about 5 years. He has earned our trust for all of our vehicle needs. BJ is an outstanding mechanic who is honest, knowledgeable, and always does quality work at a fair price. It is rare to find someone who is both skilled and straightforward, but BJ is exactly that. He will tell you what needs to be done, what can wait, and never tries to sell you something you do not need. If you want reliable service from people who treat customers right, this is the place to go.
Absolutely best service I've ever received anywhere. Bruce is now my "go-to" mechanic. This was a minor fix, but he kept his word on the time and dropped everything to fix it and the price was excellent. Simply great guy to deal with !
Amazing technician and business owner! Extremely fair pricing, took us in and had our issue fixed within an hour. Also, very kind and knowledgeable. Definitely will take all of our cars there if we have any future issues.
BJ is incredible! Honest, polite, professional and knowledgeable! Wonderful to find someone you can trust close to home. Highly recommended Wilford’s service center!
