Wildflower Healthcare

I was present as a family member for our entire experience with Wildflower Healthcare, from initial appointments through administrative correspondence. During an urgent visit, the attending PA left the room shortly into the appointment, leaving critical health concerns unaddressed. Given the issues we experienced, we submitted a detailed, written grievance to the Board of Directors and Executive Director, requesting specific answers to our concerns regarding treatment and communication. In response, leadership sent a letter discharging my family member as a patient, effective immediately. Crucially, the response letter did not address a single specific point raised in our original grievance. In our direct experience, raising legitimate concerns about patient care resulted in immediate termination of care rather than a resolution. I am sharing this so others in the community are aware of how patient feedback and care issues are handled here.
