I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Kevin for his outstanding customer service at the car wash. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right and made the entire experience pleasant and stress-free. Great customer service like that is hard to find these days, and Kevin truly stands out. I don’t know what they’re paying him, but it should be doubled! Wanted to give them a zero! Been getting my truck washed there a couple months then purchased a membership & today they terminated my membership bc I have a "Covered" scooter on the rear end & have washed my truck a few times!!! I want my $10 returned & want to notify all veterans, esp. us handicap vets & civilians not to waste their time unless you want to unload your scooter AND remove your lift as they explained something could injure an employee! I thought the wash was human free?! Where is AI when you need it?!
BEWARE! If your vehicle is damaged by their equipment, do not expect them to take responsibility. In my experience, they will look for excuses to avoid covering the cost of the damage rather than addressing the issue fairly. Based on my experience, I would rate them 0/10 and strongly recommend being cautious when using their services.
