Whistle Express Car Wash

I’ve given this car wash multiple chances, but unfortunately, I’ve been disappointed each time. The last three visits, I paid for the most expensive wash, and my car still came out looking dirty and not properly dried, leaving noticeable water spots. Today was especially frustrating—my car looked almost the same going in as it did coming out, aside from the small areas the worker scrubbed beforehand. While going through the wash, the brushes didn’t seem to make proper contact with my car, and the water pressure didn’t feel strong enough to actually clean it. It almost seemed like the equipment wasn’t functioning correctly. On a positive note, I do appreciate the multiple vacuum stations—they’re very convenient, especially on busy days. I just wish the actual wash quality matched the rest of the setup. Right now, it’s not worth the price.

I have a brand new Ford truck that got a lot of love bugs on the front today. Steven reassured me a check in that they would do a good job of removing the bugs. He joined and at the start of the car wash and came over and made sure that I was satisfied after the wash.. Thanks Steven!!

You can’t raise prices next month in May and not have quality service. Please fix your water nozzle system. It only rinsed one side of the car and left soap residue on the back and was still having soap drain out on the back after I rinsed it and wiped it down a 2nd time. Your staff offered to run my car through it again but it would recreate the same problem. And check your vacuums. It’s the same hose that has poor suction. I have a monthly membership and the Service hasn’t been the same since the original company was bought out.

I’ve had recurring problems at the Merrill Road location. Every time I use the Fast Pass/member lane, it doesn’t automatically let me in like it’s supposed to. That turns what should be a quick, convenient process into an unnecessary wait. Even though this has happened repeatedly, not one employee has attempted to figure out why it keeps happening or offer a long-term solution. The entire point of a Fast Pass is for the process to be FAST and convenient. I’m not going to continue services with Whistle anymore.
