Lloyd and the crew at Whistle Express Car Wash on University Blvd are fantastic! From the moment you pull up until the moment you drive away, the customer service and positive energy really stand out. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and genuinely seems to care about making sure you leave happy. They went above and beyond by offering to clean my floor mats, which was such a nice touch. The free vacuum stations are powerful, and they also provide towels and cleaning products so you can really detail your car before you leave. It's rare to find a place that combines great service with great amenities, but this team absolutely does. Highly recommend if you're looking for a car wash that takes pride in what they do!
I’m about a week late leaving this review, but I definitely wanted to make sure I gave credit where it’s due. I had a great experience at Express Car Wash, and John, Lloyd, and Rio all provided great customer service. Lloyd especially stood out and was the main reason I’d come back and recommend this car wash to other people. He was friendly, helpful, and made the overall experience a really positive one. I truly appreciate the customer service from the entire team and will definitely be back!
Super nice younger guy! He was hustlin ,good at his job! (unfortunately I didn’t grab his name kind of longer hair went on 8/20 around 5:30) *the rags were kept up well…. I’ve gone to other places where all the dirty ones are mixed in with the clean. I’ll be back!
