Chris is the best! His team quickly diagnosed the source of my coolant leak and even took the time to show me the failed part so I could see exactly what was causing the issue. The repair was completed at a fair price, and the entire experience was honest, professional, and stress-free. What really stood out was the customer service. I was in town from Gainesville on my way to a job site in Yulee when I noticed my temperature gauge climbing. Chris understood that I needed to get back home and worked me into the schedule to get me taken care of as quickly as possible. On top of that, Chris is just a great guy. We had some great conversations while I was there, and it's clear he genuinely cares about his customers. My truck is fixed, and I feel like I gained both a trusted mechanic and a new friend. Thank you to Chris and everyone at West Side Auto for going above and beyond. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, quality automotive service.
Great company. Great people. Great shop. Took my 1977 Impala for carb issues. They fixed everything for a great price. I’m not taking my car anywhere else

I was stressed and stuck, but they responded fast and showed up in no time. The technician was professional, friendly, and knew exactly what to do. They got my battery taken care of quickly and made sure everything was running properly before leaving. The whole experience was smooth and hassle-free.
