The entire staff were kind and knowledgeable with very good customer service skills. The only negative was that I had requested a specific dentist (Dr. Truong), when I made the appointment online with Emily. However, I ended up being treated by another dentist with West River Dental. He was very kind and caring and explained my planned procedures very well. Hopefully on my next visit I will see Dr Truong as far as any future procedures.

Hi my appointment with Dr Trunong did a fantastic job. She was very professional, great to talk too. Explained everything I had asked her about my teeth. Great atmosphere . Very clean office. The dentist hygienes was very professional & told me everything they were going to do for me today. Office staff did a great job helping me. Thank you be back soon for my cleaning.

Never fails!! BEST DENTIST AROUND!!!!!! I have my Invisalign through them, I have had extractions, fillings and cleanings!!! They never disappoint. For those of you like me that took years not going to the dentist any more because they just didn't do it for you, WELL .... West River Dental is your final stop! Hands down the Best!

My experience visiting this dental office was very supportive. The Dental Assistant and Dr. Medina were very empathetic about my dental needs. While the office does not use other sedation methods besides local anesthesia, I was validated and referred to someone who can perform dental treatment with sedation. I wish I could have received treatment there because I felt so safe.
