The entire staff at Pearle Vision were very welcoming and friendly. Jeanette was very friendly and polite as she was struggling with a computer glitch. She showed professionalism and was very apoplectic about the situation. I was very impressed with the whole staff
John Womack and his crew are fantastic. Everyone is "one-on-one", and not trying to get you in and out even if it was the last day of the year. The young lady at the front desk and the young man performing the basic tests were professional and nice. Matt who helped me pick out a pair of glasses, along with John who helped me pick out glasses last year are very knowledgeable. John Womack gets 5 stars.
Fav part was picking out my glasses.. nice gentlemen w glasses whom helps you calculate everything, HE'S THE BEST! He helped me with a few that I picked out and also some suggestions that fit my face and I really appreciated that! Pearle Vision is always my number one choice because of the customer service more than anything and of course great choices to select from
The Eye Exam was great and the doctor was very informative. I gave 4 starts instead of 5 because of the pushy sales person who printed my prescription. I told him I already used a service to purchase my contacts, he essentially shoved the prescription at me and I was abruptly dismissed. I planned to get my glasses from pearl vision, in the new year, but now I will go somewhere else.
Dr Womack is knowledgeable, kind, and has an amazing team with him(Christine is great). They value your time and health and make each visit a great experience.
