Brand new location for this business. Unfortunately they do NOT have any kayaks or paddle boards at this store. You have to go to one of the other locations out near the beaches. Was a wasted trip for me here.

This store is close and always so helpful. I’d like to specifically shout out Joseph who went above and beyond to help me get a project done literally as the store was closing. Can’t say enough good things about his customer service.
The employees at the New Jacksonville location are fantastic. Specifically, Megan and Daniel have been great assisting me with my needs. Thanks to both of them!!!
Superior service. Crewmember, Danielle took care of my order, and in a matter of minutes, I was all set. This West Marine location at 4524 St. Johns Ave., is definitely the one to visit.
Great staff love the new store been shopping at this location for years so glad they’re still here and supplying things for the marina in industry. Keep it up Rich, Megan and the rest of the crew.
