Exceptional service by an outstanding team. They were gentle and polite on my first visit and they showed great service to make me feel as comfortable as possible.

Very impressed--went here on a recommendation from a neighbor, and found everything to be genuinely efficient, patient-centered, and professional. Reception team was warm and friendly, and Kari is an amazing dental hygenist (and I'm picky with a tender gum line!) I waited to write this review until I had dental work completed--and that, too, was stellar. Dr. Sahar (she offers use of her first name for patient pronunciation ease) was quick and effective. I have a terrible time getting numbed, and it wearing off, and here is what I LOVED: the dentist (not assistant) administered the injection, then 10 minutes later, she got down to work and knocked out two cavities and got me fixed up in a one hour visit. No double-booking, no waiting while she worked in another patient while the lidocaine wore off, no timid assistant not reaching the nerve area, no side product sales or faux influencer vibes. Friendly, expert, experienced, professional through and through. Bravo, Team West Beaches...I'm thrilled to have found you!

Nice clean facility very friendly staff, plenty of parking, even though their website said to be there 15 minutes before schedule appointment my last two visits this wasn't the case. Attempting to enter the office doors were locked. Being retired military late is late be it one minute or ten. My advice: Don't schedule any appointments before 8:30.

I had mixed experiences at this office. While the clinical treatment itself was good, I experienced repeated inconsistencies in billing and financial explanations. The amounts presented to me changed between visits, and it was difficult to receive a clear and consistent breakdown of charges, insurance adjustments, and credits. When I asked for clarification, the communication at the front desk felt defensive rather than supportive. Patients deserve transparency and respectful financial discussions. I hope the office improves its billing clarity and customer service communication.
