Today in Putnam county on state road 100 a Werner truck with trailer # 139136 passed another semi truck that was pulling a trailer just before a solid line .. the Davis Company truck that Werner was passing hit their brakes and the oncoming car that was traveling in the other lane had to hit their brakes and go off the road to keep from hitting the Werner truck head on .. the Werner truck did not even attempt to hit their brakes. Completely RECKLESS drivers at this company! The driver risked all those lives and still ended up at the intersection farther up the road the same time as us where we took a photo of his trailer #!!
