Welton Pool & Spa Inc

This has been a great experience from purchase to installation and I would highly recommend Welton Pool & Spa! We purchased a spa and sauna for our back deck. Serena our salesperson is great, her knowledge of the equipment is extensive. There was no pressure and she followed up with us and keeping us updated during the entire process. She was very flexible with timeline as we had to wait for construction to be completed prior to delivery, just a joy to work with. The install crew was excellent as well. Extremely courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Michael gave us a very thorough lesson on how to get the unit ready and operate. Overall a great experience and we are glad we went to Welton Pool & Spa for our equipment.

After talking to a lot of vendors, this place was not only having a great reputation, but was highly recommended from anybody and everybody that has a spa. Upon initial contact, I had an immediate real person on the phone and was blessed to talk to Serena, who was Absolutely charming, professional, and very knowledgeable about the product and services. My interaction with her right off the bat gave me peace of mind and also comfort, knowing that I can reach anyone, anytime time! My first visit To the showroom was nonetheless amazing, but definitely worth the time if you are seriously considering purchasing. Before I even set foot into the showroom, Ambra (owner) Greeted me and was friendly …inviting me inside and took the time to talk to me. Already my first interaction was so welcoming and I felt very comfortable with no pressure. How many showrooms have this experience that I was able to take a plunge into the hot tub as if it were my iwnthey had set up for demo, So I recommend bringing your best swim trunks and a towel. If not, they’ll provide one for you! (Towel that is lol). Already before I even decided, I felt like I was at a spa. Serena, Was absolutely patient and answered all of my questions. What really made her stand out was listening to all my concerns and curiosities about everything from the first set up to the functionality of each tub. The fact that they carry one brand shows how much trust and consistency they provide, especially with the service history of the product and how much guarantee they have behind it. In conclusion, not only was my experience, fluid, professional, and full of clarity, but I decided to Same day at a heck of a deal. Walton spa made my experience as a customer feel valued and I look forward to further service! Also, I definitely didn’t want to leave because I felt like I walked out the spa, True story. Thank you everyone! UPDATE 5/25/26!!! DELIVERY!! Great delivery experience by the crew. Mike was very communicative along with Justin. Communicating ETA, process and any concerns I had, they were very attentive ! Both had great leadership in the crew especially Mike with coordinating this nice snug fit of the hot tube on my patio. I was really impressed with the care and respect they had towards the property and product I purchase. The rest of the crew Eric and Terrance were especially helpful, professional and just knew how to have a good time with great teamwork. It’s nice to see professionals that enjoy their job and are really friendly. Kudos to the team and thanks again to Mike for taking the time and having the patience to walk me through the setup and care!!

We recently bought a hot tub from Welton and every step of the way, they were amazing!! Serena helped us and she was absolutely incredible! She took her time showing us all our options that fit our size needs and budget and helped us find the most perfect spa for us. She also checked up on us after delivery to make sure everything was perfect. I would 100% recommend anyone looking for a hot tub to go through this company.

Serena, was a pleasure to deal with and provided customer service that went above and beyond our expectations. Planning this purchase at the time of our move and the logistics of getting the HOA approvals and extension completed on our new home, we couldn't have asked for better patience along the way. I highly recommend them and coincidentally enough our new neighbor also had purchased a new spa from Welton and had the same rave reviews!
