Pickleball Point: We absolutely loved our stay at this home! The house was exceptionally clean, well organized, modern, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need. It truly felt like the owners had thought of every detail to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. The absolute highlight, though, was the amazing backyard! Having a private pool, pickleball court, grill, and beautiful covered outdoor area with comfortable seating made it feel like our own private resort. We spent so much time outside enjoying all the amenities, and the backyard was the perfect place to relax, have fun, and unwind. Everything about the home was wonderful—from the cleanliness and modern touches inside to the incredible outdoor space. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and fun getaway!
We just had a wonderful long weekend at Pickleball Point and couldn’t have had a more positive experience. The house is just as beautiful in person as it is online, inside and out. The beds were incredibly comfortable in all of the rooms, to the point that I was looking at the tags on the linens to be able to order them for my own home. The backyard is an absolute dream with the pool, pickleball court, putting green, fire pit, pergola covering a wonderful patio area to grill, chill, and eat or watch the outdoor tv. The kitchen was extremely well appointed and had everything we needed to prep meals, and little extras like dishwasher tabs, ziplock bags, laundry detergent, all the little things you might not have brought but realized you wanted/needed while you were there. Anytime we had a question and reached out, we were replied to promptly and everyone we encountered from start to finish was professional, helpful and friendly. Top notch rental and management. Highly recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat!
This house is truly exceptional! It was clean, very accommodating in regards to the amenities and all the house included. The backyard was our little oasis where we enjoyed sitting by the pool and dinner. Plus, it was a short drive/walk to the beach. The host was very responsive too. We would stay here again especially for a great nights sleep on their comfy beds!
My family and I had a wonderful time staying at Villa Bella! It is a beautiful home with so much to offer. The master suite was gorgeous and every bedroom was spacious and included a wall-mounted TV, which was a great bonus. The kitchen was modern and fully equipped with all the amenities we needed, and the large dining room table was perfect for our entire family to sit and enjoy meals together. We were especially grateful for all the extras that came with the house. The golf cart, the inflatable slide for the pool, sauna, cold plunge and mini golf made the vacation extra special for our kids. The golf cart made getting to and from the beach so easy, and there was plenty of room to bring the beach chairs and umbrellas from the garage. I’m so glad we chose to rent this home rather than stay somewhere closer to the beach. While some of those homes may be closer, they often don’t have the yard, pool and amenities that Villa Bella offers. The location is close enough to the beach and having the golf cart made the trip very convenient. Another big plus was how well stocked the house was. There were plenty of necessities available for our entire stay, which was especially appreciated since most vacation rentals only provide enough toilet paper for the first couple of days. We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Bella and would definitely rent this house again the next time we visit Jax Beach or another through Welcome Home Rentals. We highly recommend them!
Stayed at "Beach Please" in S. Jax Beach, FL for my 70th b-da7 -- with my wife Cindy, 3 of our 4 children & their spouse/fiancée/girlfriend and our 2 grandkids, So 10 people. Was great and accommodating and better than the profile. Great bedrooms -- especially the master, w/ large open spaces, many TV's with good seating capacity and the golf simulator (garage) were big hits with all; as well as the covered pool/spa, which everyone used and really enjoyed. Relaxing and fun time, just a few blocks walk to the beach and close to some of our favorite restaurants! The Welcome Home team was responsive, flexible and very easy to work with on everything. A way better experience and cost than with Airbnb or VRBO. Go with Welcome Home! Best, George & Cindy
