Weichert Realtors - The Coffey Group

Our property manager is Mr Randy Braddy. He has been exceptional in terms of responsiveness, follow up and making sure everything is up to par. The experience so far definitely makes me want to be a long term tenant. I would give him 10 stars if it were an option .

Realtor Adrianna is excellent on Wednesday July 29 2026 she showed me a house and within 1 to 2 hrs after doing my application I was approved. She is extremely fast, reliable and efficient. Lorene Dennis

I’ve used Debbie’s tenant placement services twice, and both experiences have been great. She consistently finds high-quality tenants—our most recent tenant stayed in the property for five years, which says a lot. Debbie is very professional, responsive, and easy to work with. She also helped with creating the lease and handling the deposit and first month’s rent, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I will definitely continue working with Debbie and highly recommend her services.

Exceptional Service from Start to Finish! Jeannine & Larry were amazing throughout the process, from selecting homes to the closing day and even after. They were professional, responsive, and genuinely invested. Communication was very smooth, they were listening to my feedback and made the search more tuned to my liking. They never pushed, always listened, and consistently went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident in every decision. They were able to provide quality contacts for insurance brokers, mortgage brokers, home inspector and much more... They took time to explain complex paperwork, were able to negotiating with finesse. If you're looking for a realtor, look no further. I can't recommend them highly enough!
