Weichert, Realtors Crown Properties

John Jackiewicz and his team are the best in the business! John made himself available to us during a really short closing window for a purchase during the beginning of 2022 and the crazy housing market. He gave us really solid advice throughout the process to make sure we understood everything step-by-step. His knowledge through his 20+ years of experience in the real estate business is evident, and he helped us get through our transaction with a much less experienced selling agent thoroughly and efficiently. He is a genuinely great guy, and I wholeheartedly recommend him for any real estate needs. We will be contacting him again when it is time to sell our property in search of our next move. Thank you, John and team!

We were fortunate to have Zach as our realtor for our recent home purchase. Our search and transaction went smoothly because of his knowledge of the area and the process. He was great at providing updated listings and was proactive with communication. Zach is a wonderful agent to work with and he gets my highest recommendation.

I have read some of these other reviews and i cant believe what I am reading, doesn't sound like we have the same property managers at all! John has been great! He has had Simone or himself personally deal with any and all issues we have had with our house. Whenever I file a maintenance request on the renters portal I hear back from Weichert usually within 24 hours. I have been in my current house renting for over 6 years and I am very grateful to have Weichert Realtors work as a middle man between my landlord and myself. We are currently looking to buy our own home and John will be helping us with that endeavor.

We had the pleasure of buying our home through John and Eric at Weichert Realtors this past September. We had very specific needs that narrowed our search to a small area. John and Eric patiently worked with us to make sure we got exactly the right home for us and our children. They both listened to our needs and made finding the perfect home a very pleasurable experience. They showed us many homes and kept very positive attitudes throughout the process and even recommended a fantastic mortgage lender who helped us secure a great interest rate. We are so happy we chose John and Eric at Weichert Realtors and recommend them highly for a professional positive home buying experience!
